Ever wonder how companies keep track of all the people who apply for jobs? They use what are called Candidate Tracking Systems which let them manage the people who apply. But what about you? What about the 20, 30 or even 70 odd jobs you're going to apply for in your next job search?

How are you going to keep track of them? Where are you going to store all the different cover letters you write? Where do you even write down the 3 different interview times that company Foo requested you for and then the 4 different times that company Bar asked for?
